The filters are not flexible. I would much prefer to be able to filter by (paid / unpaid), or date and name - the only way you can currently sort by name keeps popping you to all expenses screen after each receipt view, this is time consuming and a bit annoying especially if you have too many expenses and employees to go through... Overall, I do like working with them and their tool. I believe they do have improvements to make for their Canadian customers, but I also know that they are working and improving all the time. One suggestion - they really need to send out announcements before their product updates, which currently I do nto believe is happening.
