I built out my whole forecast without touching a spreadsheet formula, and the structure walked me through numbers I should have been thinking about anyway. The pitch deck generation saved me real hours too. Cover page options are limited and I wanted more control over them. Same with customizing beyond the standard sections — building something like a pricing packet meant working around the templates instead of with them. One area for improvement would be better guidance on structuring the table of contents and controlling the overall length of the business plan. My first draft ended up significantly too long (around 100 pages), whereas VC expectations were closer to 20 pages. More built-in guidance or constraints on scope and structure would be valuable.
