Programa para gerenciamento de estoque

Comentários: Trouxe uma plataforma com facilidade de uso para o usuário.

Vantagens:

O uso do programa no computador e no celular.

Desvantagens:

Custo elevado para adquirir. Estas plataformas trazem muitos benefícios para estabelecimentos que necessitam de um controle rígido de estoque e gerenciamento do mesmo, sendo assim, poderia ter um baixo custo para dar oportunidade de uso para pequenas empresas.

Comentários: Bastante satisfeito com tantos recursos e o esforço de trazer tudo isso da forma mais simples possível.

Vantagens:

A primeira impressão que tive foi muito positiva quando mesmo antes de precisar me cadastrar para obter acesso ao programa, tive a opção de fazer uma demonstração gratuita de como seria ter como suporte o programa Xero para minha empresa. Muito bem construído, com um sistema bem organizado e que funciona corretamente, tanto pelo desktop quanto pelo aplicativo.

Desvantagens:

É uma crítica necessária que faz diferença à quem procura um programa de gerenciamento. Sabemos que cuidar da parte financeira e de outras coisas mais de uma empresa, mesmo que seja pequena, é um grande trabalho, e isso pode se tornar mais desafiador quando não encontramos suporte para nosso próprio idioma, e é essa minha crítica ao Xero, a falta de opção para meu idioma.

Comentários: Just be aware of the small print. Dont get locked out of your own business software

Vantagens:

I like the software, it offers just about everything youd need to keep your financials in order and even offers end of year reports for the irs ( very important) and keeps you alerted on your quaterly tax payment schedule, among other thing. You can link your bank and reconcile your spendatures and tuck each transaction into its proper tax-non tax catagory, plus other deductions such as depreciation of your vehicles for tax writeoffs, and many more...

Desvantagens:

.however. the quoted price on the promotion was way far from the price i was charged for this product. Also i missed my payment by two days and all my information, everything i had documented, reconciled, entered, invoices, reports, EVERYTHING was being held for ransome and untouchable till i paid my inflated price. Its was an eye opener. When running a business, be careful what product you choose, for me. I cant be locked out of my accounting software for any length of time when it comes to my business. Just food for thought. I know zoho has been the best alternative app for free even. And it offers the same services xero does for half the price. No gemics

Seems good if you have the time

Comentários: I used it for 6 months then stopped because I felt like I didn't get any value out of it. It was difficult to use and my accountant was reluctant to use it too. Just restarted my subscription because I see no other way than to spend the time learning how to use it.

Vantagens:

Automatically reconciles transactions from your bank account.

Desvantagens:

Steep learning curve, small fonts, app is very text heavy, unsure how to log future transactions that haven't happened yet.

Accounts software made simple

Comentários: Great and would recommend. My first time using an accounts software and has been like a breeze. Simple to use and cost effective.

Vantagens:

The API function has been fantastic for managing our office account. The ability to create nominal codes, generate custom invoices and reconcile transactions is so simple.

Desvantagens:

The customisation on reports is not as easy as I would like.

Comentários: Excellent software - we use it for our business and helps reconcile accounts and manage payments to and from multiple accounts.

Vantagens:

Intuitive accounting software. Easy to add clients/contacts and suppliers and create invoices and reconcile payments.

Desvantagens:

Nothing - it meets our requirements very well.

Useful way to track your business' performance

Comentários: Xero has been a useful tool for my business for the past 8+ years, and I use it in conjuction with my accountant to keep track of my business accounts. It's a handy way to code account transactions, and also see how my business is performing.

Vantagens:

Super easy to track and stay on top of my business financials.

Desvantagens:

It can be hard to get help and support, and also to set up new reports.

Easy to use and gives alot of financial reports fo review.

Comentários: Overall Xero is easy to use and there is not many things that you can do to break it.

Vantagens:

Everything you need for financials are at your fingertips. From Reporting to daily transactions to payroll.

Desvantagens:

There are a few client contacts that I have trouble finding. When Updates happen it changes the way things are used, this can be a little frustrating to pivot of processes.

Easy Accounts

Comentários: Easy to gain an understanding of with various help sections, and fully customisable in terms of invoicing and product management.

Vantagens:

If fully utilised Xero is a very powerful business tool that can encapsulate everything financial - from integrated stock systems and product costing, to sales tracking and customer management.

Desvantagens:

The dashboard can be a little cluttered together - in some instances you need to click through a few hyperlinks to get to where you want to go.

Losing touch with the cusomter.

Comentários: It works and accounting isn't the most exciting part of the day. The features and mindless design changes do not justify the constant price increases. Like the huge integration list, they should break up every feature and price by feature rather than base packages.

Vantagens:

Xero was great when we first signed up. It was a simple small business accounting software.

Desvantagens:

They lost touch with the customers. Developers ruled with poorly thought out features and UI/UX. Tell your early customers how much you are discounting your new customers and then flood the dashboard with price increase notifications. Price goes up and the product gets worse.

Vantagens:

Xero is user friendly, easy to navigate things. And they have useful updates quarterly. They make sure they step up their game every now and then.

Desvantagens:

Can't think of any right now cause going back to what I just said, they continuously update the software so it will be useful to their users.

Perfect for Small Businesses

Comentários: Overall, Xero is a great accounting software and it is my favourite of the few I have used (MYOB, SAP).

Vantagens:

Intuitive and modern UI. Very simple to use and a great experience all around. Lots of integrations with external software (Xemplo, ETZ for example), making it very versatile.

Desvantagens:

It works great for us now, but we are reaching a point where it is too simple for our needs. No robust cost centre/division tracking abilities (although a basic version is offered). Not a lot of support for consolidation of multiple entities built in.

Accounting with Xero is Amazing

Vantagens:

Xero is the most iconic tool that I have ever used. I like that it offers a wide range of online accounting tools such as AP, AR, GL and payment matching in one place.

Desvantagens:

Whenever I face issues, the vendor technical team is rapid in resolving the bug - currently, there is no daunting aspect.

Good for processing; reporting function needs improvement

Comentários: Processing is easy, but reporting is very time consuming.

Vantagens:

The app allows you to upload receipts so easily

Desvantagens:

Unable to automate sending reports to senior management. This is a real pain, I have to manual send regular reports to people which is time consuming.

AP/AR/GL Tool of this Era: Xero

Vantagens:

Xero is a reliable accounting tool which I use to automate major repetitive accounting tasks mainly invoicing, inventory control and billing.

Desvantagens:

Ever since I implemented Xero, I have never experienced any daunting aspect.

Most Widely Used Online Accounting Tool at NCAC

Vantagens:

I give thumbs up to the fact that Xero has a super easy to use mobile application which has all features available on cloud apps. I mainly use it to draft, create, customize and send invoices automatically to vendors.

Desvantagens:

For nearly three years now, I have not come across any overwhelming aspect on Xero.
