It is difficult to add non-contiguous spaces to a neighborhood and managing rules can be challenging.Room reservations made in Outlook don't always sync back to iOffice, resulting in conflicts. This should be addressed in a Q3 release. Managing room rules (who can book) is challenging. > > Overall, this is a good mid-tier product. Setting up the CAD file and making edits to the maps was intuitive. Creating and managing moves is straight forward and the use of allocations makes it easy for our team to manage the variety of employees, titles, and departments our company has. We also utilize the service request. move request feature. We have had very few issues with users understanding the platform and our internal team can easily manage the tickets, update the ticket with comments and track changes to the the request. Integration with Workday is also huge. As a new hire starts, they are automatically added to the system which saves our team a lot of time when needing to find set that new hire up with a seat between multiple locations and floors. The stacking diagram/ reporting functions have also been a valuable tool to easily pull data for executives. > > **Desvantagens**: My biggest complaint with workplace is not having the ability to update or edit the map easily, or without the help of the Eptura Team. We have a location that we created in Eptura before construction of the building was completed. Some spaces were not true to the original CAD file that was submitted - nothing major - but would be nice to update as needed. > > Overall, I have minimal issues with this module and satisfied with the product. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great tool to manage their space and service/administrative requests.
