ContinuousCare A Practical Telemedicine Solution
Comentários: Just like any software, at the start it can be a bit confusing but once you get going the system is easy to use. Overall I find the platform is very practical and can be profitable to health providers as payments can be collected online or onsite.
Vantagens:
ContinuousCare allows any health professional from any country to provide telemedicine services to patients. The other advantages are: 1. Easy to set up patient monitoring plans allowing patients to upload their readings which generate alerts automatically. 2. Text consutations which allow patients to forward health related questions to be answered by providers. This can be a paid or free service. 3. Video consultations using both mobile devices and pc. 4. Ability to generate a prescription after a consultation. 5. Patients can create a very detailed personal health record. 6. Two mobile apps are available: one for providers and another for patients. 7. A blog is available for publishing medical articles. 8. Online appointments can be made for both video consultations and in-clinic. 9. It is web-based so nothing to install.
Desvantagens:
1. Patients need to have an email address for registration and cannot do so with a mobile tel number alone. 2. Administrator cannot edit a patient's email address if there is an error for instance. 3. Patients cannot be deleted although they can be disabled.

Caterng all the requirements of healthcare provider and seeker. Certain functions exceeded our expectation. Ease of access to patient data and security is worth mentioning.
Desvantagens:
Really satisfied and so far no issues. Technical team is very understanding.

I think the video conferencing and text consults are most desirable for our business model.Costumer support is impeccable
Desvantagens:
I think having a more open text options with the patient is important (as of now we can only text patients if they text first)A zoom feature for video that allows us to use our brand would be great as well

Continuous Care, a tool for providing better care
Comentários: I have been able to help my patients achieve quicker and better disease control during the past 9 years of my use of Continuous Care than anytime before.
Vantagens:
Many good features - the PHR, the remote monitoring, the text and video consulting.
Desvantagens:
Payment has been difficult for some of my patients. If automatic payment from credit card etc for remote monitoring subscription can be incorporated, it would be very helpful.

Comentários: This my 4th year using it and really like it. My patients are also happy with it.
Vantagens:
My top features are the convenience and how user friendly it is.
Desvantagens:
There are some features that would be really helpful like a quick review of systems template, SOAP note template.
