Comments: I've been using to keep in touch with customers. Switched for some time into another software.

Pros: It's simple. Integrates lots of channels to communicate with clients.

Cons: One e-mail to use. Can not change agents. Interface needs improvement. Waiting for next steps their team will make.

This app makes me spare hassles and time

Pros: Concentrating all your messages into a unique dashboard? When I first heard about this application I was skeptic, but after giving a try I cannot continue without it. Very appreciated

Cons: I cannot identify any cons so far, for the application does exactly what it promises.
Maybe some more options for the livechat on the website would be appreciated
