In less than an hour you can implement a very good questionary base only in the actual Question Library. > > **Desvantagens**: Candidate's evaluation module has some silly issues that make candidates not being able to complete some questions for these reasons, even if they have the knowledge. It's not a big problem because are rare occasions where the candidate couldn't solve the issues, but a better tool will make the experience more satisfactory. > > We hire technical resources, and we were lookin for a tool that automates part of the technical skills evaluation. It allow us to pre filter 66% of the candidates, and center our effort in evaluating only the third of candidate that pass the test.
