We love how easy it is to manage the projects with all the costs, time used, estimates, and invoices all in one place. The price it costs for the software is also very cheap compared to other similar software. The customer support has been amazing, I have to wait a minute at most to get someone in their chat to help me out when I need it. > > **Desvantagens**: When making very large estimates the software slows down a lot and it can be hard to navigate since it starts to really chuck along to get everything loaded. > > Overall Contractor Foreman has been amazing since we changed over from our previous software (Sage 100 Contractor). Its great to have everything in once place and its easy to keep track of everything. ----- ### "Functionality and Organization at its finest." — 5.0/5 > **Avaliador Verificado** | *16 de maio de 2026* | Construção | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: The customer service chat is absolutely helpful and amazing\! There are days when I simply cannot find something that seems simple enough to find, but with the quick responses from the Chat team, I am able to get a response in no time at all and have my question resolved within only a matter of minutes. > > **Desvantagens**: The UI can change in a way that makes the website something that needs to be re-learned. While this is fine for new users, for older users such as myself, it can be time consuming and a bit confusing. > > My experience has been wonderful and this has been a rewarding website to use. The company only benefits from this website and its mobile app. ----- ### "“Concept Good, Results Disappointing”" — 1.0/5 > **Marcos** | *2 de dezembro de 2025* | Construção | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: I appreciated the concept and the effort put into the product, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations or provide the results I was hoping for, even after trying it as recommended. > > **Desvantagens**: The thing I liked the least was that the product didn’t deliver the results it promised. I tried it as recommended, but it didn’t meet my expectations and ended up being frustrating to use. > > My experience with Contractors Foreman has been unacceptable and has raised serious concerns regarding their business practices. When I first purchased the software, I contacted them immediately to request a refund because the system did not meet my expectations. A representative called me and told me to ‘keep trying,’ assuring me that she would follow up. She never did. Before my annual contract renewed, I contacted the company again and clearly informed them that I did not want to continue the service and that they were not authorized to withdraw any additional funds from my account. Despite this explicit instruction, Contractors Foreman still went ahead and processed the charge without my permission. Only after I sent multiple emails requesting a refund did a manager contact me. Rather than resolving the unauthorized charge, she attempted to convince me to continue paying for a product I had already made clear I did not want. The software itself is extremely confusing and does not follow standard U.S. construction guidelines for contracts, invoicing, documentation, or workflow management. It is concerning to imagine what could happen if someone relied heavily on this system—investing hundreds or thousands of hours and large amounts of money—only to face issues later. Recovering your data or obtaining meaningful support would be extremely difficult based on my experience. The unauthorized withdrawal of funds, the failure to honor refund promises, the lack of follow-up, and the non-compliant, confusing structure of the software have made this one of the most disappointing business interactions I have encountered. I cannot recommend Contractors Foreman to any contractor or business. Until the funds withdrawn without authorization are returned, I will continue documenting and sharing the facts of my experience so that other contractors are aware of what occurred.” ----- ### "Review of Contractor Foreman - Great value for the price" — 4.0/5 > **Avaliador Verificado** | *23 de julho de 2026* | Construção | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: It is simplistic, and allows for great overall project management at a fair price. Since it is pairs with Quickbooks, it has allowed our accounting department to have an easy time integrating data from Contractor Foreman over to Quickbooks. > > **Desvantagens**: The user interface is outdated and can run slow at times. Additionally, while it is great for overall project management, I feel that it doesn't necessarily always go as in-depth as other platforms. While it does have graphs that highlight data points, they seem to be very basic and I have tended to export data to excel and create graphs from there. > > Very pleasant. I had never used a platform like this before while consulting for a company, but it has provided valuable benefits for me throughout my time with the company I serve. ----- ### "Great value and overall features" — 5.0/5 > **Caiti** | *21 de maio de 2026* | Construção | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Value for money, customer support, ease of use, organization, budget tracking, time cards, and general information tracking. > > **Desvantagens**: Updates can sometimes make you have to completely change how you do things, and updates come out at inconvenient times. > > So far great, really enjoying it and anytime I have an issues the customer support is quick to help me through it or get the developers to fix the issues. ----- Page: 1 / 35\ Seguinte: [Next page](https://www.capterra.pt/software/166113/contractor-foreman?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.pt/software/166113/contractor-foreman) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Structured Data
