This is the absolute all-in-one IT management tool.&#10;&#10;Their built-in remote access tool (Ninja Remote) and screen monitoring is a welcomed addition over competitors and it functions very well.&#10;&#10;Set up is very easy and straight forward and can be tailored to how you want it to function, for a multitude of locations, clients, organizations, etc.&#10;&#10;Their customer support is also top notch. Submitting support tickets call all be done directly from the main dashboard and their documentation (Dojo) is easy to navigate and has plenty of resources.

In order to use custom fields, it needs to have the NinjaOne Documentation app enabled in order to function properly. We do not use their documentation app, so there are fields that sit blank.

> We have been using NinjaOne since 2020. While the software served as a decent starting RMM, it often fell short of the promises made, such as the integration with Bitdefender GravityZone and market-comparable pricing for backup solutions. Additionally, it took over three months to discontinue services that were no longer available as add-ons within the portal.&#10;&#10;As an MSP, we experienced fluctuations in our monthly usage. Despite being sold on a per-seat model, the subscription-based contract required us to notify them five days in advance of any changes. On January 10th, I informed  \[sensitive content hidden\], our account manager, via email and phone that we would be transitioning to ConnectWise. I emphasized the need to avoid penalties due to the five-day notification requirement.&#10;&#10;By March, NinjaOne expressed surprise and delayed the transition by almost three weeks, attempting to extend it beyond the five-day period to charge us for endpoints we no longer had installed. Despite having zero endpoints, they claimed we did not provide a 60-day notice.&#10;&#10;I advise caution when dealing with NinjaOne, especially if your account manager is Jake Hunter. Ensure all communications are documented, as reducing or terminating services can be challenging.

The user interface is clear and user, friendly, so monitoring devices, running scripts, software deployments and checking alerts can all be done very simply, without having to search through menus.

> **Desvantagens**: While the limited customization options and complicated policy enforcement can make things a bit confusing, the alerting system and filtering capabilities definitely need to be improved for more effective monitoring. But really, it's not a terrible lineup, it just needs a few adjustments.

> NinjaOne RMM provides a very direct and productive IT management experience, particularly for the teams who like simple tools, quick set, up, and trustworthy automation. People like the straightforward look and the natural way the tasks are designed, which helps to make monitoring, remote access, patching, and other tasks very easy even when the number of computers to be maintained is very big. The great usability and timely help are very much appreciated aspects and are seen as a means for IT teams to be able to tackle the problems fast and lessen their working hours.
