Vantagens: There are many things which you can do with this multi Chanel platform and yes this is very accurate and user friendly features and functionality are awesome .
Desvantagens: If you are asking about what i like lease then it may be the load time sometimes , may be its because of server load
Good towards the end of, year but we faced issues in mail delivery at the beginning of the year.

Vantagens: Customer support is very good, ease of creating emails,
Desvantagens: Mails land in promotion tab and that reduces our success rate. Options for fonts are very few.
It was good with this software as we can track the campiagns which are performing and which are not.

Vantagens:
I liked the functionality that is built in the software.
Very easy to use and understand.
Almost all the channels and their functionalities are used in the software.
Desvantagens:
The front end is not that much good. But overall it is a very good feature.
We can make it more attractive to the customers by using different icons and different themes for channels
It' an All in One software.

Vantagens:
IcubesPro have the ability to customize the software to perfectly fit client needs and to
isolate and fix bugs. Like the Efficiency, Robustness, effectiveness, security of our customers Database, and last but not the least, it's affordable.
Desvantagens:
Nothing to not like about this software. Haven't yet come across the cons yet.
There is always a common misconception that softwares are prone to failure, but Icubepro has carved the software very well.

Vantagens: Execution and dissemination of the campaigns are too easy. It allows the users to automate the email marketing campaigns and analyze their open, spam, click-through rates and tracking the conversions.
Desvantagens: Dashboard should have all the campaign measuring figures. Reporting of the campaigns need to be enhanced.
