Fully Mobile - Ability to manage you process from anywhere.

Vantagens: The system is modular and scalable. It allowed our management team to grow and manage the business without encumbering what we were trying to accomplish. The tools in Propulsion are entirely mobile as well. This mobility allowed us to use tablets on the manufacture floor to assist with tracking product. We implemented the core modules first. This allowed us to quote, set-up jobs, plan jobs, and ship product in the system while we transitioned from a paper system. As our understanding of the system grew, we implemented the quality modules, vendor management, purchasing, and maintenance modules. Once the system had been in use for several months, we then networked our machines. This gave us the visibility to manage our 2nd shift from remote locations. This software also allowed us to connect to our accounting software instead of implementing an entire new accounting system.
Desvantagens: The software offers a chat room collaborative tool that needs to be more robust. Our company implemented Skype as an alternate solution.
