> **Vantagens**: Managing monthly billing for our facility maintenance contracts used to eat up half a day every week. Now, Zoho Billing handles all the subscription stuff so I don't have to babysit it. It auto-generates invoices, sends out client reminders, and keeps track of who’s paid and who’s falling behind.

> **Desvantagens**: The mobile app feels like an afterthought when I'm out at job sites and need to pull up billing details in a hurry. I really wish the reporting export options gave me more control over date ranges, especially for those quarterly reviews I have to do with our finance person.

> For a facilities operation our size, this platform totally fixed our billing headaches. I can focus on dispatching crews and keeping clients happy now, rather than constantly chasing down payment statuses in spreadsheets. The value is definitely there, we aren't a huge company, so the pricing actually makes sense for what we need instead of paying for a bunch of enterprise features we’d never even touch.

> **Vantagens**: I liked that it came with my Zoho One subscription which means it is cheap however it doesn't work...

> **Desvantagens**: Automatic charges integrated with Square failed the first month we had this set-up.  I've also run into issues where I couldn't charge new subscriptions all on the same day and they tried to tell me it was due to Square but I had zero blocks on my account and I regularly charge thousands of dollars per day.  There was another error I received when refunding someone through Zoho Billing saying it failed but when I logged into square it had been pushed through and just didn't show in the Zoho Portal.

> If you want to use it for automated billing, do not waste your time.  I spent days setting it up and then adding my customers and then getting them to enter their payment info and then creating their subscriptions and associating their payment method just for it to fail to charge and then block my customers from manually paying.  Unfortunately, I was sold on Zoho due to being all in one but I realize I made a mistake as all of their new features are half baked, buggy, and somethings just make zero sense.

> **Desvantagens**: I cant say there's something I liked least about Zoho Billing, I love the fact it saves me a lot of time by handling recurring invoices.

> Overall Theres nothing I regret, Zoho Billing saves me a bunch of time and money, It retries failed cards and notifies customers to update info, just awesome over all experience.
