Vantagens: Different views available to manage the tasks. We can add time entries at the task level and also update the tasks by a checklist or manual progress entry. We also use the comments to communicate tasks with the field managers and clubhouse staff. We also find cloning tasks and projects useful as it saves us a lot of time.
Desvantagens: Some added visualizations to the dashboard and reports would be useful. Also would like to see some more help info when we first signed up. App looks very business like. Not sure if that's a con but many sites have a more polished look compared to this app.
