Comentários: Usefulness and features galore for a very nice price. I can use this in place of an expensive Jira license for work, family, church, and personal projects as I work towards my PMP.
Vantagens: Tons of features that are on par with expensive software like Jira. The upgrage to pro added all the extras over the open source version that I needed including MS Office integration and Gantt charts.
Desvantagens: The use of English is not bag but could greatly benefit from a native speaker. For example, for items that are open and in progress they categorized as "undone". While it is the opposite of "done", which is used to categorize completed item, the use of undone does not fit as the connotation of the word in highly negative. For example, the police raided my office and seized my accounts. I am undone.

Vantagens: I really like that the software can be customized to our needs. The customer support is super responsive! We ran a test team for the last 3 months on Zentao and soon will be rolling out Zentao to other teams within the company.
Desvantagens: Some of the minor features still have bugs. Nothing too concerning and the customer support is responsive in helping fix small issues that come up. We would love to see some stronger features within documentation, but overall nothing much on the cons column.
