Administrative functions are also great in setting up and managing users and the integration into Hubspot to track calls is really beneficial to manage our sales team quotas.

Fantastic support and fair about allowing you to use on trial longer until you are sure you want to implement a change to this modern platform. They are always updating and giving plenty of information on what is new.

> **Desvantagens**: Calls received will not experience the usual answered by a person. I didn't look into changing the Nina with our own pre recorded tape, however it works well.
