Parents are able to submit, teachers can open with no format problem. Setup on 30+ computers is free. None of the budget has to be approved in order to make updates. We use a spreadsheet program to do our attendance and it works well for us. No crashes for our 50-page policy-manual using a Word processor.

Searching for specific functions is more time consuming, it took 20 minutes yesterday to find mail merge. Tech support is nothing more than forum searching. There are some PowerPoints that have been created by district office that will not curve in the correct order.

> LibreOffice fits the bill for a school on a tight budget. Yes, there are features that staff complain about not having, but it serves the purposes of our administration when we need newer textbooks or Office licenses, and we can't afford to pay for it. It also isn't great, but it is good enough to use on a daily basis.
