Well, not long into our trial, they sent us this message: We are writing to inform you that your JustCall account has been permanently closed. Our systems has detected usage linked to your JustCall account that violates our Terms and Conditions. As a result, your JustCall account has been closed, and you will not have any access to our services. Please note that this decision is final. If you believe this action was taken in error, you may contact us at help@justcall.io to reconsider our action. Well,it was a pretty nasty message of itself, but we figured we would give justcall a chance to explain themselves and fix it. I explained to them that I was in the process of transitioning from one business service to a similar one, had reserved my domain name but the new web site is currently in development. We need a phone number to put on our new website for our new business before we can plop the web site down on the domain. I explained that to them, but apparently that wasn't good enough, and they told us to move on. > > They gave the impression that they worked with all size of businesses, but after our experience, they don't support small startup businesses. I think the cost of the service is too high for a company that isn't already bringing in at least 7 figures a year.
