Hostaway was clunky, confusing, and difficult to navigate, but iGMS has made everything so much easier. The platform is very intuitive and user-friendly, and I was able to get up and running quickly without frustration. Their support team is also outstanding — fast, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Managing my rentals is no longer a headache thanks to iGMS. Which would have been avoided if I could actually cancel this damn software. The support has been awful, asking me why to cancel over and over and i keep telling them to cancel. Now here I am. I hope you do not treat all your customers like this, it's honestly ridiculous. Good bye.
