I also like the security measures they have in place, it's great to know that our company sensitive information is well-protected. Their spam filtering is okay, and it gets rid of unnecessary spam in the inbox which is a pain for administrator's like myself.

> **Desvantagens**: It could become a lot of money for us as a smaller company as we don't utilise all the advanced features. Customer support is quick, however at the peak time it is sometimes slow which is frustrating for troubleshooting. Additionally, although user-friendly, the interface might provide more customization alternatives to cater to different workflows in non-marketing teams.

> If your priority is sending targeted emails, Klaviyo is a good platform to use to send emails and keep track of contacts.
