I checked my bank balance last week and saw that thousands of dollars was auto drawn out of my bank and put onto shipstation. This drained my account, shut down all of my ads and brought my small business to a halt. This was a week ago. Since then they have said they "escalated" it to "urgent", however not a single person has called me or emailed me. Every time I call in they say they have no update and that someone will call me. Still no calls. Things were fine with Shipstation until this happened. When it comes to a partnership you know it's a good or bad one based on how they handle adversity, especially when it was caused by them.
