Homebase helps reduce a lot of manual labor. It is definitely value for money as it can be accessed for free. If not, Homebase also has flexible pricing based on the company's needs. Considering that the Basics is free, a lot of small businesses can benefit from it. However, if you have more than 10 employees, for example, you can pay for their next cheaper version, and pay a few extra cents to add each extra employee, and benefit more of its features. > > It is a great place for chat and communication. Overall it is good and easy to use, however they have some back end problems. When logging out of one of my accounts and into another, things get messed up. Sometimes it logs me into the wrong account. Sometimes it logs me into the right account but won't show any data. On the PC I can use incognito mode to log in and it is all good, but the app doesn't work that way, so I have to use the app for just one of my companies. That is a bit of a pain.
