This worked perfectly for a lease agreement and saved me having to print and scan the document. Both parties receive an email copy after everyone has signed and the person you are requesting to sign does not need to sign up for an account making it a very frictionless process. > > **Desvantagens**: I actually can't think of any cons for my use case as I mentioned it's a once a year occurrence. Merging and separating, or rearranging single documents/pages like adobe acrobat pro would be a great use. In the templates, if you want to move a document to a different folder, please add a move options instead of having to delete and upload again from scratch. Also include a way to pre-populate text boxes so the user does not have to do it all manually. Would bee a huge time saver for anyone. Accuracy and consistent box size would be best. Also, add a preview feature so you can see what it looks like before sending out or having to send a test email to your personal email. a reminder option would be great to click when outside of the designated reminder set by the admin. > > Okay.
