Lattice - Love It
Comentários: Great! We love it and look forward to adding more functionality into Lattice especially focused on HRIS.
Vantagens:
Goal management is easy. Performance management is fast and effective. 1:1 functionality is great. Grow module makes it easy to find what is next for our team members.
Desvantagens:
Some reporting aspects of OKRs. I have to export it into Excel and filter it to get the information I need. Feedback and recognition seem to be a bit more subdued than they could be. Challenges with different exchange rates broke our merit cycle. We had to calculate this outside of Lattice. I cannot wait to have group meeting functionality that mimics 1:1s.
Lattice UX
Vantagens:
It has good UX for employees and on the administrative side. Lattice Grow is a great feature that incorporates in to employee 1:1's and also the performance review cycle
Desvantagens:
it can be really tricky to make changes
Great for performance reviews and regular check-ins
Vantagens:
I like how customizable our review cycle can be. I also like the Slack integration.
Desvantagens:
There is a bit of a learning curve, but it's overall great to use.

Comentários: I like it and it does what we need. Staff and managers like it as well.

How easy it is to navigate and use. Easy to teach others.
Desvantagens:
That you cannot talk to anyone when you have an issue. It is hard to try and explain and issue in an email. Recently had to send 15 emails to get a situation fixed.
Technology Company 1 year review
Comentários: Overall it has been great, it takes a good year, and reminders, to get staff and managers to utilize the tools it offers. But once they start using the system they enjoy and get value from it. This was particularly obvious during review periods where a lot of the needed information was already available in the goals and one-on-one meetings.
Vantagens:
Documenting and assisting managers and staff with one on ones. Goal setting options and customization
Desvantagens:
There have been a few custom reports or tweaks that would be nice. Lattice is linked directly to our HRIS and we can not make changes in Lattice that are not in the HRIS - Example, if we wanted a person to be a shared manager or supervisor in Lattice, but did not want to make that change in HRIS.

Lattice Review - NonProfit Org
Vantagens:
I like modern and sleek look of Lattice and how many different features they have. It's really useful to be able to add on the features and I know Lattice is always creating more. The thing I LOVE the most about Lattice is their customer support options. They have sooo many useful tutorials and the chat support is always available and incredibly fast and helpful.
Desvantagens:
Lattice has a ton of functionality but occasionally I find moments where they are missing features I find basic like dates appearing in the performance review packets or ability to mass download data.

Comentários: Phenomenal support team and a fabulous product.
Vantagens:
It's an incredibly intuitive tool with a plethora of support documents and trainings available for employees. We particularly love the feedback tool and it's a one-stop shop for all employees to view org chart, feedback, talent review, company goals & initiatives, and more.
Desvantagens:
Would like more customizable reporting functions
Lattice for Performance Reviews
Vantagens:
I love Lattice's customer service the most. Their team of experts really know the product and spend time with you to make sure you become an expert too!
Desvantagens:
Some things aren't perfect. I wish that you could download a report of everyone who is a manager. Some of the customizations abilities when making your own templates are limited as well so you have to get creative.
Great Product
Comentários: We chose Lattice because of Lattice Goals and the ease of keeping everything about performance in one place. We are very happy users!
Vantagens:
Love that everything is in one place. Writing reviews is so easy if employees use all the features on a regular basis: updates, 1:1, goals
Desvantagens:
There are some suggestions we have given on features- mostly on Lattice Goals. I wish some things could be added piecemeal. Grow is not widely used in our company, but for those that use it, we won't want them to lose it. It's be nice to be able to add it to those that want it.
Solid product

Once set up, the engagement surveys and performance reviews provide real insights into our employee's experience and professional journey at the company.
Desvantagens:
Some of the back end setup for the surveys and reviews could be a little more intuitive.
Great tool for evaluations
Comentários: Excellent. This is our 2nd year and we're very pleased.

Tends to be a bit confusing and sometimes it's not intuitive to drill down to the level we want.
Lattice Review
Vantagens:
We use lattice for company and individual goal setting. I like that it creates a transparent way to share goals; I can see everyone's goals and they can see mine. This is great to track progress for growth/promotion reasons and it keeps me accountable. This also gives me a view into goals across departments so I gain more insight into the overall business.
Desvantagens:
My least favourite thing about lattice is the UI itself. I do not always find its pathways clear, and therefore, navigating can be tricky.
Easy to use
Vantagens:
Lattice has a friendly and intuitive interface, it's easy to use it even if it's your first time using a platform for performance reviews
Desvantagens:
There are a lot of things that need manual load/launch, f.e. when you need to add or remove 4 reviewees it's okay, but it's difficult when you're a big company and there are 40 exceptions that you need to load by hand. Also, I would like to have more options to customize the platform!

Vantagens:
I like that I can keep my feedback, goals, and 1:1 notes in one place. That makes the performance review season so much easier for me to complete.
Desvantagens:
There isn't really anything I don't like. I only use the platform once a week or so.

I love the weekly updates as well as the 1:1 templates. Performance reviews are much easier with lattice!

I wish there was a more collaborative component where we could track our team meetings as well.

Simple and Easy to Use Platform
Comentários: We've been able to formalize 1 on 1 calls and reviews, leaving visible feedback that can be act upon and reviewed further down the line. Though simple, the platform enables certain questions that can help the user give appropriate feedback either to his/her supervisors or people they manage.
Vantagens:
Lattice was introduced just recently and it was pretty straightforward, you receive email notifications for your reviews and feedback. You can easily view your organization and it's respective hierarchy.
Desvantagens:
I was told implementation was a bit difficult though I wasn't involved in it.
