Testing them first on their technical skill is crucial before inviting them for a second interview in-person. The questions are preset and the candidates can do the interview afterhours or when it is a suitable time for them in a certain timeframe. Each question is made into a chapter in the video recoding making it easy to skip or jump ahead to certain questions for the reviewer. > > **Desvantagens**: We find that there is candidates that regularly reapply for open positions, and if they completed the interview for a previous position it has been automatically archived on EasyHire and we need to pay to unarchive it to remember why the candidate was not successful in the previous job application.
