> **Vantagens**: Affordable, Relatively good design, good user interface, they used to have a good sale person (who left not surprisingly)

> **Desvantagens**: Unfortunately, MioSalon is a terribly run company and the software suffers from it. I wasted numerous hours setting up the software before realizing it was full of bugs (for example, the employee's commissions were wrongly calculated). Because I spent so much time setting it up, I wasted even more time telling their team all the the bug, following to make sure they were fixed, only to be told that I "should accept the software is it is and they do not have time to fix the issue I am raising, they have other development priorities". I am left with a software I cannot use, and cannot trust. Their customer service team is one of the worst I've experienced. Absolutely careless, and incompetent. Stay away from this software.

I would say we can go for more features or all features which the market competitors are offering \& increase the monthly fees. Why to compromise….
