> **Desvantagens**: The analytics and reporting still need improvement. It is still very much designed for a B2C type of campaigns. There are limitations for B2B campaigns.

> **Desvantagens**: The audio issues tend to make me go for another dialer more often, my team needs all the chances they can get. When you are able to get someone willing to talk to you, and you lose them though a website issue, it can tank the ability to reach our deliverables.

> It was glitchy and kicked people out of the website often while hosting our phone banks. Audio issues happened daily with multiple issues and were hard to predict. It works a little better though the browser. We also didn't have the best customer service. Overall it was disappointing compared to the competitors with most features, looking forward to seeing how it grows.
