Comentários: When we went to upgrade the PC this software resides on, Pyramid customer support insisted we purchase the software all over again. (We couldn't locate the original install disk) They refused to allow us to simply download our version so we could reinstall it on the new machine. This is a very poor customer service policy!

Vantagens: Easy to use software. Not much of a learning curve at all!

Desvantagens: Replacement software policy. We lost the original installation disk and they insisted we re-purchase it.

Vantagens: Since switching to this product, payroll has been a breeze. Before we would use a manual time clock and I had to calculate the employee's hours myself. Now on payday I log into the software and can easily see when everyone clocked in and out each day.

Desvantagens: The total hours worked is displayed in hours and minutes. For example, if an employee worked 80 hours and 30 minutes, it displays 80:30. I have to manually calculate it to 80.5 hours. Not a huge deal, but would be more convenient if it would do that for me.

Comentários: I use it for payroll computation on a biweekly basis.

Vantagens: I've never had an issue with the accuracy of records (punches in and out)

Desvantagens: Way too limited in terms of the number of pay periods it stores. Very difficult to remove employees from the list. Also the swipe cards have a very limited life.
Most of our employees work in a dirty environment and their cards frequently become defective. There must be a better system than swipe cards. Something more like a bar code that they could scan would be much more effective than those magnetic strips.
