It has a modern look and layout which make it more intuitive to use than other options we looked at before decided to go with Touch Retail. > > **Desvantagens**: While the ticket system for technical issues works well and the team in support work on problems quickly, communication could be improved. The causes of any crashes or faults are never explained, instead just an email saying the ticket has been resolved. It can feel like a lot of steps to adjust a record if you need to. > > We had a very tricky problem for TRIMS to solve as we were merging two businesses together and had two separate stock systems, we were also planning on launching two new websites at the same time.
