We've also had to pay about $500 for the EH Payroll subscription, but we've lost more time/money on our internal resources trying to figure this all out. > > Despite making repeated attempts to address the ongoing issue through email since October, unfortunately, a resolution has not been reached. It's worth noting that, during this period, the company continued to accept our payments despite our non utilisation of their platform even though EH had previously confirmed that they would discontinue these charges. While we have sought reimbursement for the funds, our requests have gone unanswered, adding to the frustration.
