Vantagens: I really like that the total price for a project is updated in real time so I know I'm not missing anything. It also saves me a ton of time to save my project as a template so I can use it again for the next client with a few tweaks. The scope doc that I send out to my clients with this system looks really sharp and everyone tells me it's the most professional looking scope they've gotten. I like that I can have a client sign a contract when they approve the scope so I don't have to keep track of a bunch of docs or emails. It's also super helpful to be able to review a scope with a client and turn tasks "off" right there on the call so they can see how the price is affected by removing items. Overall it's really easy to change your scope of work without having to schedule yet another meeting.

Desvantagens: It's slow, especially if you have a really big project, but I know it's in the process of an update to fix the speed issues. Also, because there are so many features, it takes a while to get familiarized with the system, but the support team is super helpful so it's not so bad.
