Group reporting cannot be properly used to run a past month. System is not set up to run group reporting for fiscal year end other than December. Owner information is not set up to accommodate contact information for more than one owner. Collections module is over the top complicated. Custom reporting is not user friendly and in some cases cannot be exported to excel. System is not able to accommodate California laws regarding e-communications/opt in or out. > > Much improvement is needed in the owner information, core accounting and reporting.
