> **Vantagens**: The two way texting feature between client and our vet hospital's fixed land line phone. The software translates into a chat app. Starting to integrate this with telemedicine where clients can text pet pictures with questions. It is also a great appointment reminder tool. Clients can easily view their pet's medical records on VitusVet app,  and share them with others caretakers and third parties such as goomers or other veterinarians.

> **Desvantagens**: The medical records are available for viewing too soon. Not flexible appointment request options. Does not fully integrate with AVImark like Rapport.
