When it comes to managing several projects and spreadsheets, GanttPRO has been invaluable to me as a knowledgeable and professional-based platform.
Vantagens:
GanttPro's intuitive design is one of its most notable qualities. Even though I don't come from a project management background, I had no trouble learning how to utilize it. Using the simple drag-and-drop interface, you can quickly and easily create a Gantt chart, timeline, and task dependencies.
Desvantagens:
While the UI is simple and straightforward to use, it does not allow for any personalization. It's hard to work with and lacks fluidity in terms of page layout and design.

Overall Ganttpro meets all my needs for managing multiples R&D projects.
Vantagens:
Ganttpro is very easy to use compared to my actual tool!
There are a lot of powerful features:
-budget with hour rate for each member;
-member workload;
-project baseline;
-board view;
-chat is possible in each task;
-etc.
Also, I like that all my projects are at the same place;
Desvantagens:
The IOS app is limited;
The integration with Teams is limited.

Vantagens:
As a student working on an Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) research project at the University of Cambridge, I’ve found GanttPRO to be an outstanding tool for planning and managing our workflow. Our project involves multiple parallel tasks—mechanical design, control algorithm development, sensor integration, and testing—and GanttPRO has made it easy to keep everything organized and transparent for the entire team.
Its clean interface, intuitive task-dependency setup, and real-time collaboration features have been especially helpful during busy academic weeks. Being able to visualize deadlines and adjust timelines quickly has reduced our stress and kept the project on track. For anyone managing a complex university project, I’d highly recommend GanttPRO.
Desvantagens:
If I had to highlight something I liked least about GanttPRO, it would probably be the limited customization for certain views. While the interface is clean and easy to use, there were moments during our AGV project when I wished I could tailor the dashboard a bit more—especially to display technical milestones in a more engineering-focused layout. It wasn’t a major issue, but having deeper control over how information is presented would have made coordination even smoother.
