I tried one other "highly rated" billing software for a week and could not get comfortable with it and the support was not good either. I started over and signed up with ReliaBills and used their introductory video to get started. I set up my accounts and then had a few questions so I reached out to customer support and IMMEDIATELY received responses and even personally generated videos to deal with my specific area of concern. For the first several months there were growing pains, to be expected, but the support was unbelievable and they always got to the heart of my issues with solutions and helped me grow in my understanding of the software. They are, in my experience, utterly without peer when it comes to customer support and HAVE told many friends and associates about them. On top of all that, in less than one year the number of delinquent invoices has been dramatically reduced to the point where it's rare to have any unpaid invoice that is older than 45 days. Late fees are automatic if you add them. Recurring billing and online processing are very useful and adds to your professional image. Customizable invoices. AND...there is a configurable form/page that let's your customers pop in and pay (and setup recurring payments) for specific products or services. Brilliant. QB integration is very useful. Paper bills are also an option. Quality product. > > **Desvantagens**: I would have to be VERY picking to find an issue. A feature I would like is on rare occasions when a sync or invoice fails, I would like to see a micro notification icon on for a message center with a link that takes you right to the feature in question instead of remembering which menu/function to access. But, issues are nearly zero, so it's no biggie. > > Smooth implementation. Great support from their team. Any issues were addressed right away. They know their stuff and are serious about you getting your cash on time. I have experienced no bugs of any kind thus far.
