I think this is something that as an accountant, annalist or bookkeeper should have one package subscription to include with the bookkeeping needs of all of our clients instead of the firm paying or passing on to the clients. The way it is now I can only pass this through to my clients that are larger in size. Overall, I think LivePlan is a valuable tool for business planning and budgeting. When you see there is tons of negative review here and there, you should fix your system. I expect a full refund, as my account shows that I haven’t accessed it in the past 30 days; I'm not using your service.
