We find that the user interface is very easy to understand, which allows us to explain to our clients how to use Sage accounting. > > **Desvantagens**: We would love to see a register feature which would allow quicker entry of journal entries within Sage Accounting, as well as the corresponding journals. > > We've been using Sage and the prior Simply Accounting for over 30 years, and I've found the software to be very seamless with our clients' needs as well as the ability to get support. With the screens visualizing what an invoice would typically be viewed as, it is very easy for our clients as well as us to provide instructions for invoicing for our customers. The financial reporting is very robust, with strong internal reporting and the ability to link externally to spreadsheets. That is the only pro to this software. > > **Desvantagens**: Unreliable, if there is any internet issues or their server issues, you may have duplicated or dropped entries. Server is slow. Careful when entering just a slight touch of a key and you may post something unintentionally or incomplete. File capacity for attachment for invoicing is too small. You have to attach multiple files and the allotment for that is too small. I end up emailing customers their files. Waste of time and irritates my customers. There is also not a proper receipt to send to customers. Too many steps involved for everything, you cannot see more than one thing at a time. For example open 2 tabs for comparison. The only issue is that the desktop version doesn't have the ability to download transactions. We tried auto-entry but it doesn't meet our needs. We'd love to be able to import bank statements and have them auto-code the items.
