From the very beginning, it was very easy and initiative to use. It has made shift allocation and staff management part of my job seamless. It has also made it possible to track and capture staff attendance and punctuality through the clock in and clock out system which shows not only the clock-in time but also the location, giving a sense of security for not only the people we support but also the staff. The availability of the mobile app helps during emergency shifts to know what staff member is available and quick assigning of shift.
