The short payment cycle was another key factor. As a small NGO, we could not afford to wait 15-30 days for payouts. The support team is very responsive and easy to contact when we have an issue. They have strong security and have worked with us to facilitate international donations. > > **Desvantagens**: The payment page has been slow to load at times but is usually fixed in the next software update. > > Flipcause has the features we need and the organization is responsive and supportive. I anticipate that we would be switching within the next couple of years to a platform that has a bit more ease about it. When we first started with Flipcause, donations happened quickly. Over the last year and a half, every transfer request feels like a wrestling match. I will initiate the request, and then I will have to follow up on day 11 (after their self-imposed 5-10 business day turnaround) with an email, then a live-chat conversation, and then at least 2-3 more emails. And it seems to be getting worse, not better. Our board is suspicious, and I am now forced to contemplate finding a different company - and the painful process involved with moving all of our data and learning a new system. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SYSTEM. If the money part doesn't work, nothing else matters. > > See the "cons". They made it very easy to integrate databases of donors to their activity tracker. And to transfer information from our old website to their system. After 6 years of using Flipcause we are delighted.
