The short payment cycle was another key factor. As a small NGO, we could not afford to wait 15-30 days for payouts. The support team is very responsive and easy to contact when we have an issue. They charge 5.9% + .30 PER TRANSACTION...what donor wants to pay that? And they hold your money for well over 30 days, we have two accounts with them are changing asap. Someone gives online with a credit card, and you don't receive it for at least 21 days.
