I naturally expected that once we signed up the help would fade away, but that was not the case whatsoever. The team at ServiceBox work hard, and are diligent at following up with a call, email or text within a very short amount of time, if not immediately. It is obvious that they work well together, as they each have their own assets they bring to the table. In addition, ServiceBox is flexible and customizable, with a clean, easy to view and understand the User Interface. > > **Desvantagens**: No Application as of yet. I recall an in depth conversation with \[sensitive content hidden\] where as overwhelmed as i was after discussing all of my needs, and how Service box fills those needs and more, I was reassured that it is very practical to use it as a work order management software and ease into the advanced features as your need arises. I also worked directly with \[sensitive content hidden\] having customizations made to fit my specific needs, so Service box is able to and willing to implement specific customer modifications as needed.
