My concern relates to the sales process, where key information about the installation requirements was inaccurate, and the subsequent handling of our refund request, which remains unresolved almost a year later. > > We signed a contract with Toast in July 2025 and paid a £500 deposit plus an initial payment of £195.60. Within two weeks, we cancelled the agreement after discovering that key information provided during the sales process was inaccurate. The system was never installed, and we never used any Toast services. Almost a year later, we are still waiting for the return of our funds. Throughout this period, we received repeated assurances that the refund was being processed, yet nothing has been returned. Extremely disappointing experience and poor handling of what should have been a straightforward issue. That should be fixed by location, because that employee may work different positions with different permission…. > > Positive, they have live support ready to answer most of our concerns. No report building wizard. OOS items cannot be sold and do not show price when recalled from the POS station. This is a major drag as any incorrectly OOS item really slows down checkout. Showing price would atleast allow for quick checkout as an open item. > > Generally good.
