The dashboards and real-time alerts are especially useful for quickly identifying and troubleshooting issues. > > **Desvantagens**: Datadog can feel complex at first because of the large number of features and configuration options. The pricing can also become expensive as usage, data volume, and the number of monitored services increase. > > Overall, Datadog has been a reliable and powerful monitoring tool. It provides good visibility across systems and helps teams detect problems, analyze logs, and troubleshoot issues efficiently. ----- ### "Data-dog’s best in the market, why?" — 4.0/5 > **Amol** | *17 de dezembro de 2025* | Serviços financeiros | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: UI, how fast and reliable the integrations are, we haven't faced any massive issues till now in last 3 years > > **Desvantagens**: Cost, i think most of the customer might feel the same, for some organisation this becomes an burning issue. As when organisations try to cut cost they first go for any expensive tools they have and as far as i know the pricing model and cost is on a higher end in datadog > > Its impressive good fast reliable. As most of the integrations are very easy to implement. Documentation clear, support is highly knowledgeable, public cloud supports is unbeatable, they do prove why they are on costlier end comparing to other tools available in the marker ----- ### "Powerful Observability with Pricing to Watch" — 3.0/5 > **Avaliador Verificado** | *21 de fevereiro de 2026* | Serviços e tecnologia da informação | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: I liked most about Datadog was its unified observability—metrics, logs, and traces in one intuitive, powerful platform. > > **Desvantagens**: I liked least about Datadog was the pricing complexity—it can get expensive and harder to predict at scale. > > My overall experience with Datadog was very positive—powerful, reliable monitoring with great visibility, though pricing can scale quickly. ----- ### "Datadog - Whose a Good Boy?\!? You Are\! Datadog Is\!" — 5.0/5 > **Drew** | *23 de julho de 2026* | Bens de consumo | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Everything. Datadog is one of the most customizable, flexible, and malleable software suites that I have ever had the pleasure of using, and currently use. Amazing value for the money - you can get started on a ton of stuff for free, or extremely low cost - under $50.00. Customer support is great and they respond quickly - platform is super easy to use and the GUI is intuitive. Log searching andd data analysis are the strongpoints of Datadog - you can take an insane amount of data, and distill it quickly. You can do dev work as well in Datadog, and monitor pipelines. Datadog can also act as a SIEM and a log management solution for an EXTREMELY low barrier/cost to entry. > > **Desvantagens**: It is COMPLEX. I mean very, very complex. There are things that are extremely easy to use in Datadog, but overall, the entire suite is very sophisticated and complex. Some of the internal documentation isn't updated very often, so that you occasionally have setup instruction mismatches between their page and vendors. > > Amazing. I genuinely have really only good things to say about the entire platform. Its robust, powerful, and allows anyone from novice to expert, to do what they need to get done. ----- ### "Unified Observability That Scales, With Exceptional Support And Strong Business Impact" — 4.0/5 > **Giovanny** | *18 de dezembro de 2025* | Biotecnologia | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Single source of truth for observability across infrastructure, applications, and user experience. The platform offers metrics, logs, APM, tracing, RUM, synthetics, security monitoring, which paired with excellent out‑of‑the‑box integrations and a strong support organization. > > **Desvantagens**: Learning curve for advanced features. Users that are new to observability may need enablement on correlating signals across products. > > Datadog has become our single source of truth for observability across infrastructure, applications, and user experience. We realized faster incident triage, better cross‑team collaboration, and measurable improvements in application reliability and release velocity. ----- Page: 1 / 16\ Seguinte: [Next page](https://www.capterra.pt/software/135453/datadog-cloud-monitoring?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.pt/software/135453/datadog-cloud-monitoring) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ja | | | ko | | | nb | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pl | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | | sv | | ----- ## Structured Data
