Maintenance Care at FMU

Comentários: Maintaining over 850,000 square feet with a staff of 40 had proven to be difficult without a CMMS system. Since using Maintenance Care over the past year there is more accountability from facilities creating a very efficient and cost saving department.

Vantagens:

Web-based - no support needed from IT. User friendly for those opening work orders and those receiving the work order - no major learning curve necessary. Excellent customer service and support.

Desvantagens:

We have not experience any major issues using the software. Would like to see a more streamlined process of notifying external vendors of assigned work orders.

Helping maintenance care

Comentários: I like the program I can enter my invoices on different projects for the staff to enter on the request.

Vantagens:

Are the pros on the system is it organize and easy to get my other work done

Kone I can’t think of anything right now it comes to mind

Good but limites

Comentários: It's o. It's usable and eliminates paper work, but it's far from resolving all our needs.

Vantagens:

The new version is cleaner and the reporting so far, has good information, although readability and presentation could improve.

Desvantagens:

The two most impacful features missing are1) You can print all the columns you display. I always want to see who the vendor is and I have to specifically open and display the vendor in the columns, but when I want to print the screen display I have, there is a predetermined template that prints without the information I need2) Pictures taken and uploaded through the app with iphones are not available for everyone to view or print. Someone has to manually send them through email and we have to manually upload them to the work order

NX Care Review

Vantagens:

I like the ease of use and the fact that anyone is able to submit workorders. I like how i can send out updates to users.

Desvantagens:

It is not all inclusive of everything a Facility Manager could use. However, it is a specific product and I love using it for What it is intended.

Great Functionality Maintenance Care

Vantagens:

Maintenance Care is a suitable work order task manager in that all related parties can view and share responsibilities to perform necessary work order tasks.

Desvantagens:

We have noticed new users sometimes have trouble using the software from the app. It seems to be select features require a need for a tutorial to ease the transition of learning the software.

Vantagens:

Everything. It is perfect for our world of having so much going on and so many different areas of need.

Desvantagens:

The only thing would be a more modern navigation system and ability to delete items that are no longer a need or in use

very easy to use and lots of features. I enjoy using it everyday

the app needs to be synched with the desktop app

Maintenance Care works great for our small Facility.

Vantagens:

Once you wright a couple Work Orders, you got it. It's that easy to use. Cabinet can store all your equipment so it's easy to find. The Scheduler works great for PMs. I have just started using Reports and has been easy to figure out.

Desvantagens:

So far, I have no complaints about Maintenance Care.

Comentários: Easy to use and very straight forward. .

Vantagens:

Maintenace Care is such an easy application to use. Clear communication on status on completions of tickets.

Desvantagens:

There is nothing that i dislike about maintenance care.

Excellent product

Comentários: Absolutely wonderful experience. Communication is easy, answers are quick.

Vantagens:

Creating new work orders is quick and easy. Overall use is easy to learn and execute.

Desvantagens:

You can't see enough lines of work orders. You can only see 15 jobs at once, then you have to scroll down. Also, I'd like to see ALL 'new' work orders (including the older ones) when I run a report.

IMCare.. YOU NEED IT!

Comentários: IMCare is allowing better communication with our commercial tenants, better time management and a clearer tracking path.

Vantagens:

The software provides great interactive functions that the tenant, the office and field techs can all communicate. Has certainly made us more efficient with our business.

Desvantagens:

They are developing add ons to the program so sometimes you wait for the next wave.

Comentários: My experience has been wonderful. The staff constantly reach out to see if I need assistance with anything and has made it such a pleasure. The only problem is getting our staff to use it instead of always calling me, but thats our issue.

Vantagens:

I love the ease of use and how it keeps me up to date with maintenance needs. I like the fact the the staff are able to put in request and then the request come straight to my mobile device. The simplicity of running such a complex program is astonishing. Love the product

Desvantagens:

The only problem I have experienced is that the alerts on the mobile device somehow shut off. Now, I have to keep checking my phone instead of it alerting me when a new request has been entered. Although, this could probably be fixed easily, I just haven't contacted Maintenance Care for assistance

Comentários: Since the day I started using it I liked it, and what is more important is that my maintenance crew can use it and manage every work order on their own, giving me more time to focus on other tasks.

Vantagens:

Its very effective and easy to use for the company managers who send work requests.

Desvantagens:

Creating reports could be easier, or user friendly.

Comentários: very functional and wasy to under stand and use. It is intuitive.

Ease of use. The Program is intuitive, and if you get lost it is easy to teach yourself on how to run the system

I would like to be able to add a feature in the det sets that allows for a running list of daily readings for certain equipment for a month so i can print out at the end of the month, vs just doing it through individual work orders

Comentários: We have solved huge problems related to communicating on task exsistance, progress, parts needed, completion date and by who and when. I link invoices to tasks in comments and therefore track what we buy and need to invoice out for each task which also alerts employees to the arrival of parts. We can check our assigned to list and know who has the ball on tasks. The customer support is always there and friendly even if they cannot do anything to solve the problem:)

Vantagens:

The ease of tracking jobs. the variety of search options and trackable inputs. The ability to assign jobs and track progress. The idea of having all information in one place. The top result is a way more streamlined way to communicate with the whole team on a variety of aspects.

Desvantagens:

It is unrefined. The usability of the app (there is no way to search)Also, no way for 3rd parties to search the request look-up page list. The spacing in the notes! and how new comments are added to top and bottom inconsistently. There are millions of small improvements that could be attended to that would make my job twice as nice, for instance, reports to be able to be auto generated with details included. Parts list population via excel import (rather than 2 weeks of manual input). There is no way to track billed and non billed tasks and I can't use the invoicing feature due to lack of PST. Also invoicing cannot split coding/costs for parts and labour. I was led to believe that my guys on the ground would have access to a wiki of information about assets and common problems but they cannot even access the space center from their mobile devices.

Comentários: It has been a fairly good experience over all it is a great tool to use and defiantly has a lot of potential to expand on its software in aspects on how it is used and what it is used for there is room to expand on its capabilities and how to better use it in everyday applications like for auditing room cleaning etc.

Vantagens:

The program is great for keeping track of work orders, assets and equipment, how much time is spent on each task (Validates how much time we spend a day on each project and the time it takes and where our time is dedicated to), cost analysis of spending that is occurring on each project or if its an overspend and its time to look at replacement instead of repair,

Desvantagens:

System is to slow to close off work orders once you get past 6 or 7 or I have experienced anyways the system starts to slow down its there any way to put them in to make it faster to close them out (I Know it has something to do with our internet service as well)

Maintenance Care review of CMMS.

Comentários: Better across site reporting. Better management of inventory and assets.

Vantagens:

The product provides just about everything we require to help us manage our maintenance services from Preventative to scheduled to unscheduled. Very easy for staff to input a request.

Desvantagens:

It does not have a good ability to input multiple temp readings. You can input a reading into an asset but we have over 100 daily temp reading requirements and it would be onerous to try and do this in Maintenance Care.

Excellent Program

Comentários: Great, easy to use and accessible from all over the facility and you can close off items as soon as your done.

Vantagens:

The easy access to the app as you can be anywhere and get the work orders.

Desvantagens:

Really there is none just need to keep educating yourself on the program and keep practicing.

Easy to use, track work orders, and depreciation. Helps keep our facilities up and running while allowing us to make informed smart decisions. Customer service/support are outstanding.
