It makes recruiting across recruiters and hiring managers much smoother, especially with clear pipelines, centralized candidate profiles and easy collaboration tools like notes and scorecards. > > **Desvantagens**: One of the biggest downsides of the platform is that there are limits to customization, especially when trying to scale for bigger companies. One thing I noticed was that the custom parent fields are only limited to 25 options. Another is the reporting function. While custom reports exist, there are many limitations that cause me to have to pull multiple reports and put them together instead of just doing one report. The reports don't get as granular as I need them to be sometimes. > > Overall, Greenhouse is a solid and reliable ATS that makes it much easier to manage and organize the hiring process. It does a great job of centralizing communication, keeping everyone aligned, and providing visibility into each stage of recruitment.
