Implementation consists....of a few minutes of work with the support team to get going 2. They can do a data conversion fairly quickly. 3. Learning to get started in it in is fast and intuitive. Then, as you learn more about it and figure out how to do things better, you can change what you do - and your prior work is not completely messed up\! 4. Integration with my company website and with job boards is simply fantastic > > **Desvantagens**: Data conversion is expensive - but, I guess, so is everyones.... > > I can track jobs, candidate progress, status, etc, very very easily The customer service is great. A bit slow - no one is there when you call - but they call you back, are very friendly and very thorough ----- ### "Amazing product, support and onboarding needs improvement" — 4.0/5 > **Anonymous User** | *1 de novembro de 2024* | Recursos Humanos | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: The functionality of the software itself is excellent. Very intuitive and clean. > > **Desvantagens**: Onboarding and customer support (its getting better but definitely is the biggest challenge in their business model) > > Like any software, it takes some time to figure out but it is very intuitive and well-organized. Some things with it are surprisingly not great, like the font and spacing when you send emails from within crelate. The onboarding was as bare bones as it gets, other companies do a 1000 times better with their onboarding and account management/customer support. I think Crelate knows that their product is better so they bank on that. It seems like they are trying to get better with the customer experience. If they could perfect the customer support and onboarding side of the business it would be a home run, no one would be able to come for them. They charge you to get the support that you need so you should evaluate that with the price. There are a lot of upcharges for functionality which some make sense and some seem like a stretch. You will NEVER be able to get a person on the phone and the bot system they use will test your patience to say the least. Again the product itself is excellent though. ----- ### "Crelate is outdated and has inferior functionality." — 1.0/5 > **Erik** | *7 de abril de 2026* | Rede de computadores | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: The Crelate Chrome extension is useless and does not work. When loading PDF files from LinkedIn, Crelate does not populate city. They do not follow up on support calls and emails. You also can't upload Indeed profiles to Crelate any longer. it seems Crelate has no developers. If they do have developers, they should hire a recruiter to hire better ones. > > **Desvantagens**: Support is horrible and worthless. > > It was horrible. They don't care about you as a customer. They did not respond to several email asking about why I can't save Indeed or LinkedIn profiles. ----- ### "Best Recruiting Software Available" — 4.0/5 > **Dalton** | *28 de outubro de 2024* | Recursos Humanos | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: The layout of jobs and ease of transition between records. The sales funnel component is very helpful when calling and tracking where candidates are in the process all in one place. > > **Desvantagens**: The texting function recently added a hover preview that is not good. I would love to see that go away, and have reached out about this already. > > It's the best sales tool I've used in my recruiting career. There are some improvements that can be made to document upload and texting, but overall, it's far and away the best one I've used. ----- ### "Exceeded expections." — 5.0/5 > **Christian** | *28 de outubro de 2024* | Mineração e metais | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: User-friendly Highly customizable without being burdensome Inexpensive Good customer service Easy-to-view interface > > **Desvantagens**: Expensive to add more than one user Difficult to use own phone number for texting Can only allow access to one client for client portal Limited functionality of mobile app > > I have used Crelate for several years with different clients, and it has met and exceeded my expectations. ----- Page: 1 / 19\ Seguinte: [Next page](https://www.capterra.pt/software/133064/crelate-talent?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.pt/software/133064/crelate-talent) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Structured Data
