Implementation consists....of a few minutes of work with the support team to get going 2. They can do a data conversion fairly quickly. 3. Learning to get started in it in is fast and intuitive. Then, as you learn more about it and figure out how to do things better, you can change what you do - and your prior work is not completely messed up\! 4. Unfortunately I went with the other ATS that had so many features and not a streamline way of usage that it was hard to use all of the features available. Crelate offers many great features AND they are user friendly. Starting with Crelate would have been a game changer. > > **Desvantagens**: It would be great if there was an extra check in call after a month or so (even if it needs to be paid for) just to make sure everything is flowing correctly. It's nice that there is one after you switch over but sometimes questions come up after you have been in the flow of using the system more. My main reason for going with the other ATS at first was because they had similar prices but offered more users.
