Then, as you learn more about it and figure out how to do things better, you can change what you do - and your prior work is not completely messed up\! 4. We resolved the emailing problem with a workaround and Kyle Kroger was very involved till the end. Once we were using Crelate daily, whenever there were issues, Crelate's response was under an hour.
