> **Vantagens**: Acuity Scheduling  is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and manage our appointments without a steep learning curve. The dashboard is also well-organized, allowing us to quickly access to essential functions like adding new appointments, editing existing ones, and viewing client details. Additionally, it offers a comprehensive  set of features e.g automated reminders, recurring appointments, calendar syncing etc which have significantly reduced back and forth emails, simplified booking and help manage appointments from booking to post-appointment follow-up. Acuity Scheduling integrates with calendar tools, virtual meetings and even with our social media platforms . This enhance efficiency of our scheduling process and provide a more cohesive experience for the business and for our clients. Lastly Acuity Scheduling enable us to customize our scheduling page to match our the brand and personalized client services. This has been pivotal in building a professional image, which has helped us retain clients

The automated reminders has always been a life saver for me as they always keep me aware of any upcoming schedules so that i don't miss them. Am also impressed by its security functions as they provide optimum safety to all my personal calendar data. With Acuity Scheduling, it has been easy to find available time for scheduling and avoid having double schedules.

> **Vantagens**: I've used so many different electronic calendars and Acuity is by far one of the best. The weekly schedule viewer simply cannot be compared to other platforms. It is also great to be able to have private notes that can be shared across the team on each booking.

> **Desvantagens**: It is pricey compared to other platforms, but dare I say it's worth it. Also, since Acuity was acquired recently, it makes you re-log into your account like every half hour and it is VERY annoying. This alone has decreased my satisfaction with Acuity significantly.
