I found it difficult to get information when I had questions, felt like I was treated like I was stupid when I did ask questions and lost money because of it. We purchased the card swip- but never figured out how to use it. Purchased the finger printer just to find out, after several iritating phone calls later, that we had to spend another $200 for the authorization to use it. That would have been helpful information when we purchased it. In the end, we just gave up and went with another comparny that gave us the support we need so we understand the system. I'd love a manual or some videos on how the features work. > > We are a small Pistol \& Rifle club that has 24 hour access and no employees, just a volunteer board. We previously had spreadsheets and a mass email program. We kept losing members. Now with this software we are not losing members at all. It's easy to use and the time to manage members is 1/4 of what we spent and income numbers are accurate.
