The photo quality is grainy and it's not as mobile friendly as we'd prefer. I've also had a hard time with getting support from MyRec when things come up. A few of the support staff have been excellent, but many emails go unanswered and our new staff untrained. > > There are lots of things that MyRec does well and ways it stands out from other systems. We were initially very excited about it. That excitement has dwindled a bit, mostly due to lack of support and design limitations.
