When I want to try something new I need to take chance with publishing a resource and try it. The good thing, I can apply some sort of safeguard like a password protected. But ane means of testing/debuging would be appreciated. With the ability to add resources, and sub resources, complex pricing rules, gift cards, codable invoices, and fantastic integration with other systems we use for data reporting and event management. The support offering is also fantastic - I usually get a response within 1-2 hours, and the quality of the support is incredible. > > **Desvantagens**: It has an incredibly steep learning curve. It does not handle very complex VAT rules well (for example different groups having different VAT rates for the same resource). > > Our scout activity centre started using planyo after COVID, and have found it to be a fantastic system, which we have referred several other activity centres to. We started using planyo due to how competitive the pricing was, which was much needed when we first opened. This has allowed us to persuade several other centres to use the system, with us offering guidance. At first the system had a steep learning curve, but as we use it more and began to understand it, this was less of an issue. Anytime we could not figure out a quirk of the system, or have a request for a new feature, Planyo are quick to respond, and super helpful. You might end to not understand every detail the software offers you. So you really have to go deeply into it and try to understand the complexity behind Planyo. Some support pages are not updated at the same moment as the software has been. We run into some hidden limitations (number of resources).
