> **Vantagens**: The price you pay for what ChurchTrac provides is the greatest.  The give you more than you what you ask for and the customer support is the top.  Over the years I have been able to switch from using several programs to now only one.  The Ease of Use is great.  It is not complicated to learn.  The Reports have helped in preparing tax returns to seeing where the ministry is going.  Even when it comes to Member Management, this has been an asset.

> **Desvantagens**: The inability to have more than one way members can donate.  It would be great if we could have in addition to Stripe that ChurchTrac uses, to add CashApp, PayPal and Venmo links for contributions.

They have made so many positive updates and improvements to the system.  ChurchTrac is our ministry's HUB for everything now and I highly recommend it to all ministries and fellowships.

> **Vantagens**: Writing a 5-star review for ChurchTrac is easy. They do so many things well. What caught our attention initially was that is was developed for churches specifically. Our church started to look for just a replacement for our accounting software. The price for a ChurchTrac subscription that included the accounting software that we needed was less than most other accounting software on the market, but it offered more than just accounting software, it included a robust Church Management Software. The other main feature that attracted us to ChurchTrac is that it offers an amazing support network that includes the usual phone support but also webinars, YouTube Videos, online tutorials, and a complete online user guide. After viewing a few of their presentations, it became apparent that they do more than just software support. Much more. They  provide ministry support to such an extent that you think that you have hired a consulting firm to help run your ministry smoothly, effectively, and efficiently, and then they throw in a healthy dose of encouragement besides.

> **Desvantagens**: We have been transitioning to ChurchTrac for about a month now and have not had any negative experiences so far. There is a bit of a learning curve to overcome but not sure what else they could do to expedite the process.

> **Vantagens**: I am happy with the accounting.  I recently joined and stepped back to Dec 1, and have process though December and Jaunary Checking accout, and plan to do Credit Card and Brokerage Acct (to accept gifts of Stock)

> **Vantagens**: From day one, ChurchTrac has been very easy to use. It is specifically geared to the needs of churches. It is priced according to church size which is great for small churches like ours. Online payments are automatically linked to ChurchTrac as is our use of Ministry Safe. In the rare occasion where help is needed, customer support is swift to reply. Additional help topics are also available on YouTube. Updates occur which are actually useful and always improve the ease of use. Reports make preparing financial reports and end of year giving statements easy, as well. ChurchTrac offers more features than our small church uses at this time, but as we grow we know we will utilize more of these features.
