> **Vantagens**: I absolutely love 360 Degree Feedback, and that is not an overstatement\! Using this software, you will give and receive feedback from every level within your organization. It's not the typical feedback, where your manager evaluates you. Because it's multilateral, you understand your strengths and weaknessess better. The dimensions on which feedback is given are varied, and well chosen.

> **Desvantagens**: Not all dimensions apply to every person and role within the organization, and that makes the forms a little tricky to fill in.
